Health and fitness tips of the week!

Set the intention to be in the best shape of your life! It's time to take ACTION! One baby step is all that is needed to start the momentum to move you forward towards your health and fitness goals!

1. Go walking for at least 30 minutes a day.
2. Do some push-ups, whether they are modified or regular push-ups
3. Skip a heavy breakfast that is laden in FAT and opt for a protein shake or fresh juice.
4. Eat a BIG salad daily to keep your waist, nice and slim.
5. Start a food log journal to make yourself conscious of what you eat and why?
